Gardenia Duplex Villas

The Gardenia Villa is a duplex with two luxurious properties in one building. Buyers have the choice to have two bedrooms or three bedrooms. These villas are two storey. The Two bedroom version will have a bedroom on the ground floor and one on the first floor and the three bedroom version will have two bedrooms on the first floor.
