The LifeYour InvestmentThis is the Val des Pitons, a lush, verdant valley nestled between Saint Lucia’s Twin Sentinels “The Pitons”. These Mystic Mountains are the symbol of this beautiful island in the Eastern Caribbean and herald the picturesque and pristine enclave that exists between them, designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Overlooking the deep blue Caribbean Sea and surrounded by nature’s botanical garden, Jalousie Enclave, for the first time is offering a discerning few an opportunity such as rarely happens. A limited number of lots have been created with the purpose of constructing sustainable, luxurious and private single family luxury homes. It’s an extraordinary location with extraordinary potential and will naturally attract extraordinary people. The developer offers the land for sale with an option to select plans from a portfolio of drawings designed to make the most of the topography or to appoint an architect of personal choice if preferred. A set of design codes has been carefully prepared to ensure that building methods, materials, craftmanship and infrastructure all comply with LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standards as set by the US Green Building Council. The lots available are limited and the development is of low density. With lot sizes ranging from one acre to 2.5 acres and the option to buy multiple lots to site one residence if desired, this development will ensure privacy and a serene environment in which to construct a home either as a permanent or secondary residence. Real Estate in the Caribbean is plentiful and there are many different locations to choose from but none can possible compare to this remarkable valley. Saint Lucia is very much an island that lives in the 21st Century with excellent communications and airlift, first class shopping, restaurants and hotels, but it has kept its development to a sustainable level, thereby retaining its inherent beauty and charm. From a purely investment standpoint, Saint Lucia can offer all that Barbados can and more but at a third of the price. Even in this stunning premium location, the price of land and cost of construction is far less than many of Saint Lucia’s island neighbors. You will no doubt look at several properties before coming to a final decision. It’s a big step and you must be sure to take it with great assurance. Anything we can do to make that happen is why we are here to answer your questions regarding banking, legal matters and anything else you need to know. This is a unique opportunity and we envisage the lots will sell fairly quickly in a market fast recovering from the recession years.
