Roya Villa One

The Roya Villa is designed to make the most of the Jalousie Enclave terrain. With a strong policy of preserving the environment of the Vals des Pitons, these villas utilise the trees by making them part of the landscaping and allowing them to push through the tropical hardwood decking to create decorative features. Integral to the Roya design therefore is the extra large decks provided, creating both plenty of outdoor living space and opportunity to build whilst retaining the trees. Roya Villa One features a mix of Tropical hardwood flooring and coral stone tiles. Vaulted ceilings allow for the cooling breezes from the Ocean to cool the building. This is a one bedroom villa with ensuite bathroom and guest powder room.
