Villa Roya Two

  The Roya Two bedroom version of this design also takes account of the trees and features decking with fully grown trees protruding through the hardwood timber decks. The architect has cleverly created two distinct bedroom areas each located at opposite points of the house and allowing complete privacy one from the other. Since the decking wrpas around the building both bedroom suites have their own deck space and the opportunity to have their own unique views. Spacious living areas featuring coral stone floors and porcelain tiling where appropriate, with a large negative edge pool accessed from the living space through louvered and glass doors. The Master bedroom and guest bedroom feature ensuite bathrooms with natural stone glass enclosed body showers and sunken deep soaking tubs with body jets. An added touch which is totally in tune with the location are the outdoor showers accessed from the bathroom.
